We are 2 blocks from Jaco Beach with the option of using the community pool and hot tub when you want a break from the beach. Or just walk out the front door and relax in the hammock! This is the perfect place for a digital nomad or work from home situation with fast high speed internet and a desk for working during the day so you can enjoy surfing in the morning and all the nightlife at night.There is a hammock that you can enjoy on the patio and also a table with chairs so you can sit out there and enjoy your coffee and breakfast. The bedroom has a full bed, a TV (with a Roku), and an AC unit. The living room has an AC unit with a TV and a comfy couch. The kitchen has plenty of dishes to allow you to prep your meals. There is also a little dining area if you prefer to eat indoors as well as a foldable desk if you have a need to setup a workstation to get some computer work done. The WiFi is high speed. All occupants of the villa just be registered with us at the time the reservation is made. No mid-stay additions or adjustments to the registered occupant list are allowed. Please link all occupants to an Airbnb account. This listing allows for only two guests. Gated security is very strict and they check IDs, so additional guests or visitors will not be allowed. You are allowed to bring 1 car in and there is plenty of parking available near the condo so loading & unloading is super easy We are available 24/7 by message if you need anything. We can also arrange for any required maintenance visits in case something needs attention.
