Spacious and immaculate two bedroom, two full bathroom condo with open floor plan in a quiet, family friendly area. We have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Everywhere you need to be in Champaign-Urbana-Savoy-Campus is within 10-15 minutes. Easy highway access, lots of outdoor space, water views, balcony, laundry in the unit and meticulously cleaned after every guest. Guests have access to the entire condo: 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 2 full bathrooms, 1 indoor garage space, plenty of additional parking and a balcony. I am an active host and I live close by. I’m available to help in any way, but will not be at the listing during your stay unless you need me. Enjoy the water views and plenty of outdoor green space near the condo. You’ll also be within walking distance to a fantastic park with a playground. Very quiet but family friendly neighborhood. You’ll have easy access to our very user friendly bus system (MTD). Uber & Lyft are also great ways to get around. Everything in Champaign-Urbana is witching 10-15 minutes. Lots of free parking here and one private garage space. Easy highway access (I-57, I-72, I-74) and lots of great outdoor space. This is a quite building with no parties or loud disturbances allowed. We have some longer term tenants in the building and all are very respectful of each other and we require that our airbnb guests also follow these rules.
