A fully contained apartment with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. It has a full kitchen, free WiFi, and air-conditioning system. Toiletries are provided for the first few days, with clean towels for bath and pool area. Private parking is available for guests. The studio has a large balcony with direct access to the pool. Full views of the Caribbean ocean from everywhere. Surveillance camera on the outside and hallway of premises Unless you are renting the entire villa then the pool is shared with 2 other units. On a clear day you can see Martinique from your balcony. On New Year’s Eve you have a clear view of the fireworks over the nearby Capella Hotel. The apartment is perfect for relaxation inside and out. The bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort and has plenty of storage. This is a middle floor apartment in a three story villa. Each apartment has its own separate private entrance & private space Infinity pool, laundry room and parking This Swimming Pool Addendum is attached to and becomes a part of the Rental and Lease Agreement on the property referenced above. The subject property has a (swimming pool) located thereon. The tenant(s) guest (s) will use the swimming pool the tenant’s or guest’s own risk. The owners will not be held responsible for the injuries sustained by the tenant and/or the tenant’s occupants or guests when using the swimming pool, and the tenant or guest will indemnify the owner for any actions resulting from injuries to tenant and/or tenant’s occupants or guests. I hereby voluntarily, at my own risk, sign this Waiver and Assumption of Risk in sole consideration of being permitted to use Chrissy’s Villa property & swimming pool. I hereby acknowledge and understand that there are dangers and risks associated with the activities described above, which have been fully explained to me. I hereby agree to abide by all rules, instructions, policies and procedures imposed by the Releaser relating to the use of the facilities or property. By signing this Waiver and Assumption of Risk, I fully assume the dangers and risks, and agree to use my best judgment while engaging in those activities. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the releaser, its employees, agents, officers, from and against any and all liability incurred as a result of or in any manner related to my participation in the activities. I hereby certify that I am of legal age and competent to execute this Waiver and Assumption of Risk, that in doing so of my own free will and accord, voluntarily and without duress, and that I do so intending to bind myself, my executor, my heirs, and administrators or assigns to the fullest extent. I have read and understood the foregoing, and acknowledge my consent to the terms of this Waiver & Assumption of Risk by signing this Waiver. Restaurants, water taxis, bars, beaches, tour booths for island activities are nearby. Although walking is possible, rental car or the use of taxi services is recommended. We offer shuttle services at a discounted rate. Chrissy's can arrange for discounted shuttle rates to and from airport. A car rental is recommended to explore Island or a short walk to the bottom of the hill to restaurant and bars.
