19 The Harbour is a luxury townhouse on the marina with 3 double bedrooms set in secured private gardens at the water’s edge. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and balcony and the townhouse has spectacular views of the marina and the distant hills of Bonne Terre. It is located only a minute walk from both the Rodney Bay and Bay View shopping malls with supermarkets, restaurants and duty-free shopping and the Rodney Bay beach is just over a 5 minutes walk. Spacious bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, beautiful views and 5 minutes from the beach. All areas On your doorstep, there is a shopping centre with duty fre shopping as well as two supermarkets as well as a wealth of restaurants. There is also a taxi stand nearby and you can also book tours with operators in the area. Each bedroom has an AC unit. While there is an AC for the ground floor where the living/dining room and kitchen is located, given the high cost of electricity in St Lucia and our desire to make a contribute to climate change, the AC facility in the dining/living room is not made functional except where specifically requested. The townhouse faces the prevailing winds and there is a constant breeze once you have the sliding doors open on the marina side as well as to main door or kitchen window to the front so as to allow the breeze to flow through.
