If you want to rest to the sound of birds without neighbors and enjoy a cozy environment with plenty of space and quiet, this will be your paradise. Our 4 forest view suites, two-room living rooms, music room, festive dining space and recreational garden are sure to invigorate your soul. And all this just 50 minutes from São Paulo. Accommodation in a condominium house in Campo Limpo Paulista, city with 80 thousand inhabitants, 52 km from São Paulo. Ecological environment at the foot of the Serra dos Cristais, next to a waterfall, in the middle of Atlantic Forest with exuberant views. The house is decorated and furnished with the same care as when the owners use it, since they still live in the house. Rooms: Second floor: one suite with double bed and a single bed, one suite with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with one single bed. First floor: one suites with double bed with access via the laundry and one suite with double bed accessed via an external entry of the house. All suites and bathrooms have mosquito nets. Our 66 m2 living room has two different spaces, fireplace, cellar with selected wines and gives access to the orchard and panoramic garden. For the convenience and of our guests, a selection of wines and beers can be found in the cellar, as wel as other food delicacies (not included in the daily rate). Condominium with access to lake and waterfall, where you can go hiking and enjoy the outdoors. The residence is located 8 km from Campo Limpo Paulista city center in a forest reserve. In the city center there are bakeries, supermarkets and pizzerias. In the neighboring cities there are many attractions: Jarinu, Atibaia and Jundiaí. Access by Edgard Máximo Zambotto SP354 highway or train / bus from Luz-São Paulo Station. Possibility of transfer from Campo Limpo Paulista stations to the location. Guests will have access to the entire house: living rooms, music space, wine cellar, dining room, kitchen, laundry, backyard and panoramic garden. Only three administrative rooms will stay closed. The two suites in the second floor can onlly be accessed via stairs. The two suites in the first floor (with access via laundry and independent entrance) can be accessed without the limitation of stairs. Dining room, living room and garden can also be accessed without limitations. We will be available via (Hidden by Airbnb) during the entire stay. Our employee will be locally available, if there is any issue that needs a presence in the house to be solved. Máximo Zambotto Highway, there is still a small 700 m dirt road that leads to the condominium. Transfers from the Guarulhos, Congonhas and Viracopos airports can be booked (extra). We have three dogs that will be trapped during the period of stay. They will be treated daily by our employee in the morning, who will also water the plants during the dry season.
