Unique style and personality in an ample space with cosy gardens, the atmophere is one of total tranquility and privacy only 15 minutes away from Curitiba town center. 65 square meters of private space, with its own separate entrance door. The place has a bedroom, bathroom and integrated living room & kitchen. With total privacy and the necessary structure for a confortable and relaxed stay. Equipped with a 49” LG Smart TV & JBL sound bar with bluetooth. The main bed is quite generous in size and very confortable. The place is calm, clean and family oriented, very well ilumidated and ventilated, having windows in all areas. The guests will be supplied with a key for the private accomodation as well as a remote control for the parking area gate. I will be contactable over the phone and via whats most of the time and will be glad to help with anything you may need. The house is very discreet, located in a traditional residential area, very calm neighborhood, close to the city center of Pinhais and a few minutes away from the Expotrade Convention Centre and the Jockey Plaza Shopping Center, the newest and largest shopping center in Curitiba. Mini market, bakery, pharmacy and other amenities are quite close and can be reached on foot. Very silent at night, perfect to rest and relax. The house is only 15 minutes by car from Curitiba down town. Only three blocks away from the "Avenida Dep João Leopoldo Jacomel" which gives access to Curitiba and two blocks only from the "Rua Jacob Macanhan" which gives access to Pinhais. There are also a few bus stops very close to the house from where you can travel within Pinhais or to Curitiba. The main house is occupied by a lovely couple. They will look after cleaning and gardening and will be available for check in & out and for any additional needs you may have during your stay. They speak only portuguese and german.
