Peaceful Apt in the hills of Caguas- 1st Fl.

Our place is comfortable and relaxing in a country setting and for you to enjoy the surrounding towns and hills. Our Airbnb apt. are with one thing in mind and that is to give our guest a home a way from home. Also to be able to save you money to enjoy activities and fun thing to do in P.R. Check in time is after 3:pm. There is parking avaiable for 1 car only & additional cars will be charged $10.dollars a day. We want to note that we live in the propert and for any emergency need we are here. The apt has 2 bedrooms which one bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom had 2 twin beds. It only accommodates 2 ADULTS and 2 CHILDREN. If there is extra guest that arrive, we will charge $35.00 dollars extra per person a night or ask the person to find accomodation somewhere else. We want our guest to be comfortable and be able to rest and enjoy their stay. We also need to know who is staying here for your safety and ours. * It is the total responsibilty of the person that books the apt. to let us know who is in the APARTMENT and write their name in the reservation for safety sake. *Please be sure to rent your own car, do to the fact that there are no buses or trains near by. 1. We don't allow dogs or cats in the apt. 2. NO PARTIES ALLOW or late night drinking and staying up after 10pm being loud and not letting our neighbors sleep. We need you to be considerate and kind to others in our surrounding. Thank you 3. There is no wheel chair accessibility. The back patio is available with table and chairs to sit and enjoy the view of the mountains and hills or relax with some wine.* Please considerate of others. There is also a washer and dryer. for our guest to use. We don't supply the detergent for washing clothes. *The hours for washing are 9am to 8pm only. We have parking available for your convenience next to the apartment for 1 car only, any additional cars the cost will be $10.00 dollars a night which will be taken out by Airbnb at the end of your stay. We will be here to greet you and guest and give you the keys and show you around the apt (Website hidden by Airbnb) We will be available to help you out in case of an emergency. Our neighborhood is a country side with beautiful hills. There are simple families homes. It's a quiet and respectful working neighborhood. Thats why we ask all our guest to please be considerate with being loud after 10:pm. for other guest and our nieghbors who live near by, we appreciate your kind consideration. The only thing that you might not be used to hearing is the coquis or roosters at night. If you cannot deal with the noise please bring ear plugs. Other wise it is very quiet and restful. 1. There are lots of restaurants to eat at that have good food and are very well known. *We do want to let you know that because of COV19 the restaurants and grocery stores close by 9:pm, so please make sure that when you arrive in P.R. pick up something to eat before going to the apartment. Raices - on 172 Caguas Marcel's - on Ave Jose Mercado Tijuana Grill- on Ave Jose Garrido Macaroni Grill Bristo and Chilies - both on the other side of Las Catalinas Mall in front of Home Depot. PF Chang's China - in las Catalinas Mall El Manjar Criollo- Caguitas Mall Caguas. 2*Since our place is centrally located we are close to many cites and beaches in the island. Some are 1/2 an hour to an hour away' depending on time of day and traffic. Our place is rented for relaxation to our guest and a home away from home. Also to enjoy the island of Puerto Rico sightseeing or a day at the beach, and come home to a quite place to relax and sleep. It is also a place were you can cook your own meal and spend more time with family. 1.)We appreciate our guest and want them to be happy ☺, but if you come in late at night, please be considerate of other guest and neighbors who are sleeping. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. We want everybody to be happy and enjoy their stay. 2) We also have air-conditions in the bedrooms. It is a private apartment for you and your guest. 3) I will pick up the keys and remote and have a walk through before you leave. Check out time is at 11:00 am.
