Please contact me before make the reservation. Apartment close to supermarkets and pharmacies with easy access to Marginal Pinheiros, Av. Politécnica, Av. Jaguaré and Av. Corifeu de Azevedo Marques. Also close to USP, Ceasa and Shopping and Parque Villa Lobos. Bus stop to several points of the city. The apartment is wooded, pleasant and secure condominium. High floor with free view to the west side of the city. Available refrigerator, stove/oven, clothing washing machine, garage. Quiet condominium with large green area and leisure. Rooms with ample closets. Attention: no TV and WIFI internet (there is internet available in the common areas of the apartment) and no supply of bed linen and towels. Kitchen utensils will also not be provided. The apartment has two bedrooms but only one will be available as well as the living room, the bathroom, the kitchen and the balcony. The condominium has a semi-Olympic swimming pool, exercise room, sports court, grass field and areas for parties and events. If the period of stay is more than one month, access to these areas may be released (except the area for parties and events). We will always be at your disposal, even when remotely. Residential neighborhood with street services nearby (less than 2 kilometers). There is a hypermarket next to the condo (200 meters walking). Around 1 kilometer there is a Mac Donalds, Burger King, Subways and Habibs plus several pizzerias and a Japanese restaurant. It is available several bus lines with points near the condominium with destination to the city center, Av. Paulista and the underground stations Vila Madalena and Butantã. Use the SPTrans website for more information on São Paulo's public transport and the "Cade o Ônibus" (Where is the Bus) app to view the bus location in real time. Please contact us before to make the reservation. Also let us know if you wish to check in between Monday and Friday so that we can arrange the meeting (if necessary on those days, check-in can be done until later). As informed above, bed linen and towels will not be provided, as will not be available TV or WIFI Internet (free access may be used in the common areas of the condominium). The apartment is close to several public transport options. Also owned a parking space. The value of the stay includes accommodation plus water, gas and energy. When renewing the stay, water, gas and energy consumption will be analyzed. If high consumption of these items is found, we will not accept the renewal. We understand that the moment we are living, climate change events and energy crises, demand on our part an effort for a moderate consumption and conscious use of these inputs.
