A few minutes walk to the LIRR Hewlett station and bus stops with connections to Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan; just 15 minutes to JFK; 10 minutes drive to Long beach. Across the street from CVS Pharmacy and 2-3 minutes walk to restaurants, Shopping center, Hewlett Grant Park; 5 mins drive to Green Acres Mall. Walking distance from places of worship. Parking on premises. The upstairs apartment features a shared bathroom. Your upstairs room is sunny, spacious, and clean. Your room includes a queen bed , a television, kitchenette and a mini fridge. Guests can access the second floor of the house. I am easily accessible if you need me! Located in the Hewlett- Woodmere School District, this neighborhood is quiet, friendly and family oriented. The house is located walking distance to CVS Pharmacy, Urgent Care, 7 eleven, restaurants, fast food (Burger King, Chinese), Supermarkets (Food Town, Keneret Fresh market and Trader Joe's) and Peninsula Shopping Center which houses Restaurant, Starbucks, Bagel Boss and Carvel. LIRR Railroad Station and Bus Stop located on Broadway - 3 blocks away- with transfers to Jamaica, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Far Rockaway and Eastern Long Island. Green Acres Mall and Five Towns Shopping Centers are just a few minutes drive away. There are BJs and Costco close to the Shopping centers, as well as Walmart, Target, Burlington, Marshalls and more. If driving, 2 blocks away from gas stations, 5 minutes drive from Sunrise Highway with easy connections to major highways.
