Gorgeous retreat on the water of Laguna de Apoyo

Laguna de Apoyo is like no place else on Earth! Come swim in the crystal clear, thermal waters of the Laguna! Our home is a peaceful retreat located in a quite area of the Laguna. You will feel like the only one around and still be close to several restaurants and a small store. Our home has ample space to accommodate up to 12 people, as well as a large outdoor terrace, where you will likely want to spend much of your time! There is a direct walkway down to the beach area and warm water. Our home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. There are two full bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. The outside terrace is huge and you will likely spend much of your time outside gazing at the unrivaled view. It is a short walk down the plant lined pathway to one of the most beautiful swimming spots on Earth. Take the kayaks for a paddle and discover hidden beaches and coves, just float in the crystal clear warm waters or lounge on the dock. There is a second terrace down at the beach edge with shade and even electricity for music or a blender!! The back two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. We have a gated driveway with space for two vehicles. There is a washing machine and clothes line for drying. This space is magic to say the least!! You will have access to the entire house except one back closet where our personal belongings are locked. Our caretaker Erickson lives on the property and is there if you have questions or problems. We are also available by phone or email and have another employee nearby if needed. Our neighborhood is truly special and you will be surrounded by the happy smiling faces of local Nicaraguans as well as expats and other travelers. It is a very safe and tranquil area. We are only 20 minutes outside the beautiful colonial city of Granada. We are also within an hours drive of dozens of amazing adventures and activities. We are happy to recommend things you may be interested in. A car is recommended.
