The apartment is located near SJO airport, inside a family oriented, gated community, just 3 minutes from route 27, the main highway that communicates San José with the Pacific coast, just 1 hour away from the Central Pacific coast. It is just 15 minutes away from Coyol Free Zone, 10 minutes from Forum office park and 20 minutes from Escazú. There are restaurants and a supermarket within the community premises. Enjoy the great weather of Alajuela in the swimming pool. The apartment is located in a double gated community. It has security available 24x7. It is very safe. It is on a second floor, it has two bedrooms with one double bed each, a working room with a desk and internet access, living room with TV and cable, fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. There are two bathrooms. The main bedroom has an air conditioner, there are fans for the rest of the apartment rooms. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, small toaster oven, blender, pan and pots set, refrigerator, coffee maker, glasses, cups, plates, silverware. The whole apartment is for you. You will also have access to the swimming pool, 1 car parking space, security, restaurants, and supermarket. You can also use the jogging track and parks. You can call me any time and I will be just 20-30 minutes away in case you need me in person. The apartment is inside an eight towers complex called Condominio Campo Alto which is inside a grater, gated community called Campo Real. Campo Alto has its own security, swimming pool, BBQ area, park, etc. Campo Real offers other services like a jogging track, basket ball court, a small lake, restaurants, some shopping stores and a super market.
