Nearby things to do include hiking, biking, swimming, canoeing, fishing, golf, museums, and all kinds of shopping. Cleanliness has always been one of our top priorities. Due to COVID-19, our cleaning service has initiated an enhanced cleaning routine and are taking extra care to disinfect our home. *Our home has two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a double bed). *Additionally, we have 2 twin-sized roll-away beds, if needed. *We have a keypad lock on the front door for easy entry check in. *HBO & Showtime & NFL Red Zone are included. *High-speed internet and Wi-Fi are included. *Kitchen is fully equipped with a few extra gadgets including: large and small crock pots, juicer, small George Foreman grill, and for those wine enthusiasts ~ various wine accessories and glasses. *Numerous DVDs, CDs, and books are available. *Wide variety of indoor games including UNO, Cribbage, Backgammon, Pictionary, Trivial Pursuit, Puzzles, Jenga, Connect 4, Building blocks, Crossword puzzle & Suduko books. *Variety of outdoor games including Croquet, Bocce ball, Ring toss, Paddle ball, Nerf football, football, and Frisbee. *We also have available for your use 4 camp chairs with bags for toting, 1 medium cooler, 1 small cooler and a backpack. *We have a clothes washer and dryer in the basement available for your use along with laundry soap and fabric softener. *Local attraction pamphlets, Chautauqua County Visitors Guide, Niagara Falls Guide, a local map, and some menus for local restaurants are also available for browsing. *This is a"Pet Free" home. Guests have access to a vast majority of the property. The only spaces within the home that are not accessible are the garage and a portion of the basement. The backyard is all mowed and extends down to the tree line. There's ample space to play a game of croquet, throw a football or frisbee, or play with any of the other various outdoor activities we've made available for our guests. Majority of necessities are within a half mile walk or ride: i.e. grocery store, banks & ATMs, diner, coffee shop, cafe & dessert shop, liquor & wine store, pharmacy, hair salon, gas/convenience store, and churches. Centrally located so most attractions are generally within 20 miles. Major shopping and restaurants located in Jamestown (about 18 miles). Uber services are available. NO Fireplace Usage Allowed. For the safety of our guests, we do NOT allow the usage of either of the fireplaces. The main level gas fireplace is really quite tricky to get lit. The gas line to it has been turned off. The basement fireplace’s chimney was bricked in by a previous owner and is now inoperable. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Kitchen: Hopefully you will find everything you need for cooking and servings meals in the cupboards. We only ask that you clean up after yourselves in the kitchen. *** Please wash, dry, and put away any dishes, cooking utensils, silverware, and cookware you use *** For cleaning up after cooking, you can use the cleaning supplies under the sink. Dishwasher cleaning pods are located under the sink, as well.
