Quality Villa by Dominical and Quepos

Gorgeous, air conditioned, villa in gated community. Ten minutes to beaches. Amazing sunsets+ visits from critters. Well stocked kitchen, water filtration, BBQ, new washer dryer (May 2018), dishwasher, gas stove, new fridge, big screen TV with English cable and internet. Private pool. 1 week + rental. Monthly rental term available. First class amenities nearby (10 min.) (groceries, bank, restaurants) 4 wheel Dr. vehicle needed. Our property has a large variety of fruit trees and our bananas are delicious. There is a second TV in the master bedroom with cable + a DVD player for movies. We provide starter amounts of toilet paper, soap, dishwasher and washer detergent, spices, etc. The king, queen and single beds have new mattresses as of June 2017. We provide chairs for the beach, coolers, umbrellas, books, movies, games, books on plants and birds of CR, etc. We also have Christmas decorations if your stay includes that time of year. All towels and linens are provided as well. We do ask that you wash and change the towels and linens on the beds when you depart. The exterior patio is screened in case you don't like grasshoppers any more than i do. I have tried to fit the house with everything i can think that you will need in terms of small appliances and kitchen tools. (coffee maker, kettle, can opener, rice cooker, veggie steamer, ) There are also manual tools in case of the electricity going off as well as flashlights, candles, etc. All space accessible except owners closet and one of the rear storage cupboards. We will be available by internet and phone at all reasonable times. We will also provide you with the name and number of our gentleman (Oscar) who handles any repairs within 24 hours. Oscar will have everything hooked up when you arrive. (ie, gas, water, etc) We will give you detailed directions to get to the house from Quepos and Dominical and have provided a booklet inside the house that explains how everything works. The house is approximately a 3 1//2 hour drive from San Jose. We can even suggest reasonable hotels in San Jose if you arrive too late to drive to the house. Please do not try and do the drive at night. There are few lights in CR and fewer accurate signs. I speak from experience. Our neighbour hood is a mix of permanent residents and renters so the people to communicate with varies. There is public transport but it is a fairly long walk to the main highway and includes a walk on a jungle path. I have seen a few people do this walk but I am not in good enough shape to attempt it. You would have to be a dedicated walker. The bus on the highway does follow a regular schedule that is available. I suggest a 4 wheel drive. Any other questions? I hope I've provided you with enough info to make a decision. By the way, even though I have provided screens everywhere, it is still Costa Rica. So there will be bugs that will get into the house. The geckos try to keep some of the bugs away by hanging out on the screens and eating as much as they can. However, some creepy crawly things do get in. (fly swatters and bug spray are under the kitchen counter). Keeping the light low at night helps to keep bugs at bay. The house has security bars to make you feel safe at all times. This way you only have screens between you and nature. The security bars in the front patio can be rolled to the side when you are home and want total openness with no barriers to the view.
