See house rules). * Roof Garden Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 pm. from Sunday to Thursday and 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays. It’s the only area in the building where smoking is allowed. The use of the grill is subject to availability and has a cost per reservation (cleaning). There’s also an obligatory deposit which is refundable (see regulations and/or ask your host). All locations are within a few minutes walking distance. Exploring Presidente Masaryk is a must! Getting Around: There are a variety of places of interest that can be reached on foot. Due to the privileged location you will find different destinations within a few minutes. You can also move around on bicycle, Uber or public transport such as bus, metro or metrobús. In case you bring a car, remember that we have courtesy parking. Other Things to Note: For security reasons, official identifications of the reservation holder and his companions are required to check in (they can be requested before arrival to speed up the process). * Smoking is not allowed inside the building or the apartment (except for the rooftop). You will be fined if you break this rule. * In case of possible incidents, an extra charge of 300 USD will be applied. * We’re pet friendly, but a $200 deposit may be charged to cover any incidents.
