Escape to this exceptional modern Lake house on Georgian Bay shores. Enjoy Incredible sunsets and views while you unwind in the hot tub or around the fire. Use the Kayaks to explore the Georgian Bay shores. This home can accommodate up to 5 guests. Our quite property is best suited for 1 to 2 couples or a family of 5 or less and is fully equipped so you can relax on your next summer or winter getaway. Add the waterfront Bunkie to your stay (see conditions). The Lake house is complete with a full kitchen, BBQ and full bathroom. The Large master bedroom hosts lots of closet and storage space, high ceilings with views of Georgian Bay through sliding barn doors. The guest bedroom can accommodate up to 3 adults or 4 children with a queen over queen bunk bed. There is a Bunkie with a loft with 2 Queen beds. (Conditions) You have full use of the main house including the hot tub. Access to the Bunkie on the property will be provided according to your reservation. Some closets have been locked and are used by your host for supplies. There is one storage sheds on the property that is not accessible to guests. We are always available to answer any questions you have and live nearby. Georgian Bay is home to the 30,000 Islands. Experience the boat tours from Midland and Penetanguishene. Visit our other local area attractions: Midland Cultural Center, Martyrs' Shrine, Wye Marsh Conservation, Sainte-Marie Among the Hurons, Georgian Bay National Parks, Discovery Harbour, Keewatin Steamship and much more. Close to hundreds of kilometres of wilderness biking and walking trails. You are a short drive to Mt. St Louis and Horseshoe Valley for skiing and seconds from the OFSC snowmobile trails. From your Cottage you are steps to wonderful Patterson park with kids play structure, covered gazebo and water access. You are only mins away from downtown Midland with all the amenities of shopping, great restaurants, cafes and shops. Some of our favorite restaurants are Explorers Café, MAD Cravings, Lilly's Italian Eatery, Marina's Pizza & Sports Bar(take out available). LCBO 5 mins close. Great location for walking and enjoy nearby paved Tay trail system. Bath and beach towels will be provided for each guest. One set of linens will be provided for each bed per one week stay. Please bring fire wood for your evening fires. (Adhere to local fire bans when in place) Bring water shoes for swimming. Any use of watercraft or water toys including Kayaks are at your own risk. No liability will be held by your host. Docks go in the water the first of June and come out in September. Please contact us with any questions as we are happy to help.
