The Loft at Restoration Estate

Our cozy, quaint newly renovated loft is a space you will want to come home to! Nestled just past the main house this new addition is found off a flight of wide steps that leads up to a beautiful deck and there you will find the entrance to your get away! Once inside the loft you will fall in love with our open floor plan and all it has to offer! The loft offers a queen size bed and a futon (that comfortably sleeps 1 more adult... but could also accommodate 2 children). A small kitchenet, that is stocked with a coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator. TV with Wifi and roku. Small but beautiful bathroom with a raindrop shower! *** this is an NON SMOKING space*** The Loft, Bungalow, House and Studio are all separate units.... (Although, if all are available to book at the same time for a small gathering/party everyone can share their space) The walking loop through the woods is available to all guests. Courtyard patio and fire pit in the outdoor common area are open to all guests on the property (unless a private party booking is scheduled, in which we will let all other guests on the property know ahead of time) We are minutes away from the property, and although we will more than likely not have any interaction during your visit, we are more than available to help make your stay the best it can possibly be! From having a favorite coffee bean stocked before you get there to providing you a list of our favorite restaurants in the area....just say the word and we are here to help! The Restoration Estate is a special place you will want to visit again and again! From staying just a night in our loft, bungalow or Studio, to staying a week in the House and/or hosting small gatherings such as: baby shower, family reunion or intimate wedding in our Studio, whatever the occasion, the Restoration Estate is the perfect place to get away! Just a hop-skip from the highway, we are about 20-30 minutes from all that KC has to offer! As mentioned above, the Loft is directly above the Bungalow , so there will be some noise that is unavoidable... but we have made note in the house rules for guests to be mindful of the other space. Note * there are security cameras in both front and back of the property for you and the other guests safety. There is also a posted sign as you pull into the property so passers also see the property is secured.
