With access to the private Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Club included, this 2 bedroom cottage is so very welcoming and perfectly located a short distance from Sandy Lane Beach, Paynes Bay Beach, public transport route, and the historic town of Holetown (5 minutes drive away). It sits right on Sandy Lane Golf Course and boasts coziness, comfort, and blissful views of the Golf Course, where monkeys love to play. This cottage is perfect for couples, business travelers, and small families. The property is very tranquil due to it being surrounded on three sides by the beautiful Sandy Lane Golf Course. The patio overlooks the golf course and is a perfect place to relax. For those who like the beach, the rental includes access to the Sandy Lane Property Owners beach facility, which allows for complimentary beach chairs and toilet facilities. The clear, aquamarine water is pristine and is perfect for swimming. (Please note this is NOT part of the Sandy Lane Hotel and does not include any Sandy Lane hotel facilities) The cottage is on the same property as the main house, however there is a private entrance gate and the property is fenced off from the main house. Parking is available on the side of the driveway to the cottage. We will give you lots of space to enjoy your holiday, but we are always a phone call away if you need recommendations or want help with anything else. Our neighborhood is comprised of large luxury houses, and we are separated from neighbors by the golf course. Public transport is available on Highway 1, which is a 5 minute walk away. There are plenty of taxis available from Holetown, and the 'cultured' Bajan mini busses and larger public busses are also available. The Sandy Lane owners facility is also a 10 minute walk away or a 2 minute drive. Our lovely property is situated on Sandy Lane Golf Course, and you'd be granted access to the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Facility, but this is NOT part of the Sandy Lane Hotel, therefore no hotel facilities are included. The Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs during the Budgetary Proposal and Financial Statement of June 11, 2018, stated: “…..Accordingly, we will introduce from August 1, 2018, a 10% shared accommodation levy on all fees charged for the shared accommodation sector…” To give effect to the Minister’s proposal, the Barbados Revenue Authority (“the Authority”) advises that: Barbados Government Added Taxes: Effective from October 1, 2018 the rate of 10% of the cost of you stay has been added to the overall booking cost to keep in line with "The Shared Economy Levy", which is charged by The Barbados Revenue Authority. It is our legal obligation to notify you that this charge that has been added and incorporated into your final payable amount. You do not need to do anything, as we pay the Barbados Revenue Authority directly from our proceeds.
