Beautiful BEACH FRONT PARADISE Two story BEACH HOUSE UNIT. FIRST LEVEL: 2 bedrooms (AC ONLY IN BEDROOMS), 2 full bathrooms, accommodates a party of 7. Fully equipped kitchen, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, TV, WIFI, BBQ, Terrace, Hammocks, beach chairs. Backyard is literally the Sunny Sandy beautiful beach of Cerro Gordo with amazing views! Sit relax and enjoy the warm breeze and the sound of the waves or get in the clear warm waters. Cerro Gordo Beach House is as relaxing as having a siesta in the hammock in the afternoon listening to the waves, waking up to a sunny day with fresh coffee and breakfast at the terrace with the warm breeze or as fun as going mountain hiking into the Cerro or having fun at the beach and swimming in the clear warm waters. Big closed and fenced backyard were the children can play safely and enjoy the views. Cerro Gordo Beach House is located in the Middle North area of the island. Close to Arecibo Observatory, Great Caves and Rivers. Accessible for elders no stairs or levels. Private fenced and secured Parking for 2 cars with a separate and private entrance to the first level of The Beach House. Big terrace with hammocks and BBQ grill for you to relax after a nice grilled meal. Big backyard and two outside showers to refresh and wash off the sand and the salt are common areas. The laundry is available at an additional cost. Guests staying more than 5 nights is available at no extra charge, detergents are not included. I will receive you personally at the Beach House to make sure everything has been taken care and I am available 24/7 at my cellular number which will be given by AIRBNB two or three days before your arrival. If for any reason I can not receive you personally the keys will be in a lock box and the code will be given one or two days in advance. Cerro Gordo is the name of the Beach were the Beach House is located. A small community with fishermen and its own vibe. Very beachy relaxed... with small bars and delicious food at the local restaurants around just minutes away. By car just 3-10 minutes to Supermarkets, Restaurants, BBQ's, Billiards, Pharmacy, Pizzerias...etc Walking distance to fishermen area, cafeterias, small bars and restaurants selling local fish empanadas (fritters) made fresh daily. We rent a KAYAK. If you are interested in renting, a release form will be filled at check in. The rent is $100 for a 3 day 2 nights stay. Longer periods will have other costs, please ask.
