It has 3 terrace, 2 on the second level and 1 in the backyard, bar, BBQ, with private entrance and sports amenities behind the backyard. I am available for the guest 24/7, phone call, text, email or if they you need that I welcome you and your group It’s a very good familiar neighborhood and retired people. Super relax and very nice people. For this reason we do NOT allow party's. The best way to move to point A to B it’s in Uber or rent a car. The house has 2 garage
