This beautifuly remodelled, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Costa Rican style home with private gardens, jacuzzi and pool is located in Atenas, well known for the best climate in the world. Casa Dulce is located in a rural and safe neighborhood only 15 minutes from downtown Atenas. The house sits on a large property surrounded by absolutely gorgeous gardens. There are lots of fruit trees (mango, guanabana, banana) and all kinds of beautiful butterflies and birds visit the garden daily. The paved walkways are easy to get around and enjoy each corner of the property There is a great rancho with outdoor kitchen and grill area, a relaxing jacuzzi and a new pool with full deck overlooking the beautiful valley view. All to make your stay as pura vida as it can be. And to top it off there is a third sundeck between the palms, ideal to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and a lots of closet space. There is comfortable seating in the living room and a good size flat screen TV with SKY satellite connection. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. A large veranda with outdoor furniture wraps around the house. There is adequate parking space on the property for 3 vehicles and the property is fenced. Our property managers, Piet and Yvonne Asma, a multilingual (English. Spanish, Dutch and German) couple from the Netherlands are ready to make your stay the best it can be. As an additional service to our house guests, they offer fee- based airport transfers to help you avoid the potential hassles you can experience in getting from and to the property on your travel days They also provide car rentals and a variety of tours including daytrips to the Poas volcano, La Paz Waterfall gardens, the very popular organic coffee tour but also various more active tours like ziplining, horseback riding or a private Catamaran Sailing tour. They can arrange for you to have your fridge stocked with your favorite groceries upon arrival, or have a home cooked meal ready for you on your arrival day. For special occasions they can have a local chef come to the house to prepare a gourmet dinner. Casa Dulce is the place to be if you want to enjoy the Costa Rican way of living but with all the extra´s that make your vacation complete This home is in a typical Costa Rican neighborhood.
