For those who look for going out of the city and unto a place of peace and tranquillity while breathing the purest air. This beautiful rustic house in the outskirts of the town of Tlaltizapan, in the heart of the State of Morelos, is located just 10 minutes away from the paradisaical natural spa and springs of "Las Estacas" and just half an hour from "El Rollo Parque Acuatico". The house has facilities of accessibility for the disabled and elder people, if needed. The entire house is bioclimatic, so no airconditioner is neede, 4 bethrooms, the master suits has its own bathroom and one Super King size bed, all matress are made of memory foam (extremely comfortable). -Garden with 1,000 square meters with natural grass and fruit trees. -Stone barbecue to cook with charcoal. -Parking for up to 4 cars (1 for each hired room). -Open-air terrace and enclosed terrace. -Basketball backboard. -Very spacious common areas. -Wi-Fi The house keeper is available most days during daytime and can be contacted by the phone and email. The house keeper can make you a delicious breakfast if you arrange it with her, payable directly to her, cash only. Tlaltizapán is the seat of the local government of the municipality of Tlaltizapán. The town was the headquarter of Emiliano Zapata during the Mexican Revolution. Today it is frequently visited by sport enthusiast that use the springs and rivers to practice diving, training for triathlon and open-water swimming. Also, the famous music festival Bahidorá takes place here every year, in Las Estacas. We have parking space for up to 4 cars, limited to one car per hired room. The house is in the outskirts of the town but within it. There is a short walk from the house to the Zocalo (town square) and the public transport stops just in the corner. Rules and policies: -Check-in from 1 pm to 7.30 pm. -Check-out up to 12 noon. -Strictly forbidden to host parties. -Smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden. -Maximum occupancy: up to 2 people per room. -House and room cleaning is done daily. -Pets are not allowed inside the rooms, they can be left in common areas.
