Located along the UNESCO Cliffs of Fundy GeoPark route, this area boasts the world's highest tides and unique geological formations. The home comes ready for your holiday fun. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of games & activities, an ocean playground and your pets are welcome. The upstairs den 'bedroom' with two beds is open to the stairs and the access to the master suite so not completely private. Air conditioning on the main level only. Pets are welcome (+$10/night each)*, there is a fenced yard space off the laundry room. *reduced, or waived, fees depending on length of stay. 42 stairs down to the beach! Stairs are steep and can be arduous for some guests. 3 wooded acres with gardens attract wildlife, hummingbirds & woodpeckers, and a family of resident eagles. Your hosts, Liz & Kevin Phinney will ensure your stay is everything you expect from such a unique location and comfortable home. We include plenty of games and activities no matter the weather and are at your service 24/7. This is a country home within 10 kilometers of a general store with NSLC. Many adventures are close by: hiking trails, waterfalls, parks, lighthouses, restaurants, That Dutchman’s Farm Animal & Nature Park, fishing tours, horseback riding, golfing and much more. In the nearby town of Parrsboro you'll find quaint shops, restaurants, grocery stores, the Ship's Company Theater, micro brewery, RBC, pharmacy, hospital, etc. Day trip to Halifax, Cape d'Or lighthouse, Cape Chignecto Provincial Park, Joggins Fossil Cliffs and so much more. no taxi service no food delivery service garbage disposal and recycling rules in Nova Scotia are very strict! Guests must follow the instructions noted on each bin. Not adhering to those rules WILL result in an extra charge.
