Private Cabin in White Mountains, NH

Hilltop View Lodge sits on an acre of wooded privacy in the White Mountains of New Hampshire in a 4-Season recreation community. It sleeps 6 adults, but is cozy for just a couple. It can sleep up to 8, if some guests are small children. Loaded with amenities, close to attractions, and waiting for you! *please note that we do not currently provide bedsheets or bath towels, however we do have pillows, blankets, and comforters available for your use. Hilltop View Lodge is a cozy cabin with lovely views and lots of amenities. Located near all the popular White Mountains attractions and activities (and just a few miles from the Vermont border), the cabin is tucked away in a quiet, woodsy, recreational community and just minutes from downtown Woodsville, Bath, and Haverhill, NH. We offer free WiFi, satellite TV, Blu-Ray player, charcoal grill, game room (with pool table, foosball, air hockey, and more), in-house games (board games, etc), covered porch and large wrap-around deck, fire pit, hiking trails, laundry room, and more! The four-season recreational community of Mountain Lakes offers amenities and activities year-round, including 2 stocked lakes for boating, fishing, and swimming, a heated outdoor community pool, tennis courts, ice skating pond, and sledding hills. You have access to the entire house and surrounding property. You also have access to the recreational amenities provided by the Mountain Lakes community, including lakes, swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, kayaks, canoes, sledding hill, and planned special events. Our property manager is located nearby and is available if needed. The owners live in NJ, but are available via phone or text if needed. Our cabin is located in a 4 season recreational community, which means that there is plenty to see and do! We are also a short drive to many of the White Mountains attractions. Hiking trails, lakes, rivers, antique stores, historic sites, wonderful restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and more are nearby. Some shopping and restaurants are located a short drive (10 mins) from the cabin. The only transportation option available is by personal car. Four wheel drive is recommended in winter. We do not currently offer bed sheets or bathroom towels (guests will need to bring their own) - but we do offer pillows, blankets, comforters, and kitchen towels. Check in and out times are flexible, but only with prior notice. Guests must remove their trash and food upon departure, otherwise a fee will apply. Instructions for removing trash are provided at the house. A security deposit is also collected and will be returned after your stay. A cleaning fee is collected.
