A waterfront home on the rugged Maine coast.

A private waterfront home with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, two fireplaces (one in the master bedroom!), loft space. Get away and enjoy the unspoiled beauty of Downeast Maine. House sleeps up to 4 guests in beds (one queen, two twins), and up to 4 additional guests in the common area (pull out sofa, air mattress). We also have some basic gear to accommodate a baby or toddler (high chair, pack n play, plastic cuttlery/dishes , baby gate and a some toys). A gas grill is provided. Enjoy a meal out on the deck! Watch the sunset as you enjoy the hot tub. Our property is waterfront, but please note, at low tide the waterfront is muddy flats. At high tide there is water access. Many people travel to this area to unplug, but if that's not for you, we have wifi and netflix available. We will be off premises, but available via phone or text. This home is off the beaten path. There is a nearby grocery store and gas station. Enjoy a walk at the Frank E woodworth Preserve. Or take a day trip to Acadia National Park or Bar Harbor. You will need a car to get around. There is no public transportation in the area. Dogs are accepted on a case by case basis. We love our furry friends but not all guests do, so there will be an additional cleaning fee based on length of stay(typically $50), and we ask that you please keep them off the furniture.
