Bright 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment in Jardim da Penha. The perfect place to rest and recover a busy day out sightseeing. Kitchen and the living room are a lovely warm place to enjoy the company of friends over a cup of coffee or tea. Make sure you leave everything clean, please :) This is a 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment with ar conditioning. Our 2th floor apartment is simply amazing! The building features an elevator and daily street security from 6pm to 6am. The apartment has huge windows allowing the sun to flood the apartment with natural light! While the rooms have a decent size the dining/living room is huge! All rooms have a double bed, bedside table, clothes rack and air conditioning, one of them being a suite with closet. It is super quiet. It is bright because of large windows but, in case you like to sleep in, the curtains can block all light. The bathroom is right next to your room. It's very modern. Kitchen is fully equipped (cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and cutlery) as well the utility room (washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothesline). You are welcomed to relax on the Yoga space or watch a good movie on the living room. Netflix and Disney+ is available :) The apartment is fully available to guests, including 1 parking space. Como eu moro fora do país, eu não conseguirei estar presente durante o check in. O check in é automático e o procedimento será enviado com 2 dias de antecedência. Qualquer suporte necessário será fornecido através de mensagens via aplicativo Airbnb e, se necessário, a pessoa que administra o apartamento irá ao local. A vizinhança é calma e tranquila, pois, Jardim da Penha é um bairro residencial. Temos segurança na rua a noite, das 6pm às 6am, e nos finais de semana o dia inteiro. O apartamento é próximo à supermercados, padarias, farmácias, Posto de Saúde e da Praia de Camburi. Alguns minutos andando você tem acesso a todas essas comodidades.
