The Space: Duplex Penthouse + Solarium with Private Pool and Suite, ideal for couples looking for comfort and romantic moments. Also great for executives spending the week and weekend at the city for Business. Fully equipped kitchen, offering cutlery and crockery. Also equipped with air conditioning and offering some gym equipment, among many other details. Guest Access: You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors. The Neighborhood: The neighborhood of Graça is considered a noble residential area of Salvador since the beginning of the 20th century, although its current occupation is mixed, with a variety of services, sophisticated commerce, cultural and educational institutions, restaurants, pharmacies, delicatessens and cafes. The neighborhood concentrates people of high purchasing power and is characterized by the layout of streets and wooded avenues. Getting Around: Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi. Other Things to Note: The pool cleaner (25 years) and the maid (20 years with us) are old professionals from the Penthouse, very trustworthy. He comes every Wednesdays (between 5-7pm) and Saturdays (between 9-11am) to clean the pool. It takes around 30 minutes. The maid comes 3 times per week to water the plants, which takes around 20 minutes, during the mornings or afternoons, according to your preference. ** Staff will enter and proceed with the regular tasks at the days and times indicated above, regardless of client authorization or escorting. Plants and pool need regular maintenance and by experience we know that postponing it will either bring inconvenience to the current client or to the next one. The most important House Rules are: * Silence from 10pm til 7am * Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property, subject to approval * A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in * At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours * Only listed guests can sleep over * Intended use is residential only * Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden * Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected * Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event * Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra * Surveillance or recording devices in the property (one camera facing the pool only) * Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged * Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds. Interaction with Guests: We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need a help or suggestion from us.
