Amazing views

The 3 bed room villa is situated in a quiet, breezy residential area of Calliste in St George with breath taking panoramic views of the sea, mountains and certain parts of the Parish. The front and back gardens have well maintained lawns and beautiful tropical plants. The whole property is securely fenced and gated. At night the road is well lit and there are security sensor lights around the house and gardens. Parking spaces are available within the premises for 3 extra cars Guests have access to a self contained double ensuite bedroom through a private balcony. The balcony has sitting and dining facilities with stunning views of the nearby True Blue Marina, St Georges University and other surroundings areas. The bedroom has a double bed, a fitted closet with ample storage space and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin and extra storage space. The door and all windows are fitted with insect screens. A fan if required is available for guests not wishing to use air conditioning A complimentary continental breakfast is provided on the first morning. A bottle of water, tea, coffee, milk and sugar are also provided. There is a mini refrigerator with freezer, a kettle and eating and drinking utensils. PLEASE NOTE, THERE ARE NO COOKING FACILITIES. Access to front and back gardens, private balcony, bedroom and bathroom I'll be physically available at the house first thing in the morning, most evenings and nights. Guests will also be able to contact me by phone. The house is less than 5 minutes drive from Maurice Bishop International Airport, the world famous Grand Anse beach, Morne Rouge beach, Spice land mall, Grand Anse shopping centre, other shops, banks, the famous Umbrellas beach restaurant on Grand Anse beach and other fine restaurants and bars such as West Indies Beer Company/The Brewery and Junction Bar, Prickly Bay Marina and other restaurants in Lance Aux Epines and True Blue . The beautiful historical town St Georges with great sight seeing and shopping opportunities is about 15-20 minutes drive away. From there guests could pick up buses to other areas of St George and other Parishes from the bus terminal All surrounding areas with local amenities and places of interest such Grand Anse, Lance Aux Epines and True Blue are within walking distance along main roads . Mini buses to other parts of St George are frequent. There are designated bus stops but buses stop to pick up passengers wherever its safe along the roads. Guests can wait for a bus at the bottom of my road or walk to the nearest bus stop. All buses have conductors who will look out for potential passengers. Once on the bus it is best to tell the conductor your intended destination. The space inside buses can be very tight so its best to sit near a window. Bus fares within St George is currently $2.50 EC per person for a single journey and few dollars more to other Parishes. Driving in Grenada is on the left. Many roads are narrow, hilly, winding and can have pot holes so its best to drive with caution . 4x4 cars are better suited to those conditions if thinking of car rental. Taxis are also available for hire. Please note that Amazing Views is not an authorised quarentine facility, but we are more than happy to welcome guests once they have completed their quarentine period at an authorised quarentine facility, as required by the Ministry of Health, Grenada.
