Perfectly situated overlooking the 16th tee of the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course and towards the Pacific Ocean, this graciously sized 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation.  Bedding is 2 kings and a queen size sleeper sofa. With a recently refreshed pool and spa area as well and two full sized tennis courts, walking distance to the shopping and dining at Whaler's Village and world famous Kaanapali Beach. This property is the best kept secret in West Maui. Please be advised that Kaanapali Royal has instituted a "Facility Usage and Parking Fee". This fee in lieu of the old parking fee applies to ALL guests staying at Kaanapali Royal with or without a car on property.  Effective July 1, 2019 upon registration the new fee will be charged by the Association office at $20 per night, with a 7 night maximum (maximum per stay includes one parking). An additional fee for a 2nd car is $140 (2 cars maximum). Minimum 4 night stay. There is a $305.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge. 17.42% State Taxes added to all rates. GE/TA # 080-639-4368-01      COVID-19: ALL arrivals to KR must have proof of a negative Covid-19 test.  Prefer that it is emailed prior to owners/guests arriving on property.  If you are not able to email the test results, the original hard-copy will be required upon registration.  Owners/guests arriving that took the test but awaiting test results will be subject to quarantine, until proof of a negative result is provided. Owners/guests that did not take the test, will be subject to the 14-day mandatory quarantine or for the duration of their stay; whichever is shorter.   COMMON AREAS: Rules for wearing a mask and keeping social distancing will be enforced "in ALL common areas at KR". With the exception, masks will not be required while in the pool.  However; it may be in areas surrounding the pool.  Such as the BBQ area, walking to and from the restrooms.  We ask that everyone be aware of their surroundings and to use good judgment for the safety of all.  (have a mask handy, at all times) The hot tub remains CLOSED.
