*Maintenance notice 1: Resurfacing of the pool deck at the mauka (mountain) pool beginning in mid-April 2022 for approximately 6 weeks barring any unforeseen issues. Both the pool and Jacuzzi will not be available. This will involve removing the existing tile and applying a new surface to the pool deck, please expect noise. *Maintenance notice 2: Phase 2 of our irrigation system replacement plan.
