Welcome to our house, it’s cozy and clean. The room has a queen size bed, and is very well decorated. It is very cozy and nice. A gas station and small market right across the street. There is a mall plaza 5 minutes from the house with multiple stores and fast food. A bus stop at 4 blocks. We living in South Austin, very close to IH 35 so only 15 minutes driving distance from downtown (without traffic). You can use the laundry for $20 dollars per load. One room for two people. Room and bathroom. We are very sweet people but do work throughout the day. We will make sure to be available to our guests throughout their stay when necessary and accommodate needs. The neighborhood is very safe and residential. Uber and bus. Parking on the side of our house is okay (it is a corner home so it is convenient to park there).
