Welcome to your oceanfront penthouse condo in Playa Bejuco. This unit is 1 of only 4 penthouse units offering a loft family room area providing greater room to spread out and relax. Our family welcomes you! Enter into your beach condo which has two queen bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen, dining room and balcony located on the main floor. Climb the stairs to the loft to find two full size sofa beds with TV and space to relax. Also installed are 4 air conditioning units (AC) in each bedroom, dining area and in the upstairs loft. It's perfect for families. There is a gated guard house at the resort entrance. We will coordinate directly with you and make sure you are added to the guest list for your stay. We will provide you with your own unique access code for the front door. Playa Bejuco has a wide beach and a mild waves, allowing you to enjoy the water which is not common on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. The condo is 20 minutes south of Jaco where you can head out for nightlife and many tours. It's also about 40 minutes north of Manuel Antonio, which is a national park known for its beaches, hiking and waterfalls. With under a 2 hour drive from SJO airport and one of the best beaches along the central pacific you are sure to have a pleasant and fun filled vacation. We suggest you come via car so that you can easily get to shopping, restaurants, and site-seeing. While on property you will need to wear bracelets. These are not disposable and are assigned to each unit. If lost or misplaced the replacement fee of $20 per bracelet missing will be deducted from the security deposit. The bracelets are required to access the facilities. Also to get back in the property from the beach or front gate. Some of the facilities have temporary restricted/limited access due to the current pandemic.
