RUSTIC LOG CABIN #2 - PEACEFUL OASIS is a cozy romantic cabin along the serene Salmon Hole Brook. It has a king size bed and two person jacuzzi tub in front of the brick fireplace plus a twin sleeper sofa, full kitchen & bath, outside stone fire pit & charcoal grill. Minutes from Franconia Notch State Park, White Mtns. National Forest and other natural wonders as well as NH Scenic Byways - Rts. 112 aka The Kancamagus Trail, 116, 117/Sugar Hill Rd. (where Rustic Log Cabins is located!) and 302. This is Cabin #2 ~ “Peaceful Oasis" What makes Rustic Log Cabins unique? It’s not just one thing but many. One of those things is the WOOD BURNING FIREPLACES in every cabin. Next is the SALMON HOLE BROOK that wanders its way through the property. It runs by each cabin and the OUTDOOR FIRE PITS, singing it’s soothing songs as the water rushes over the rocks. You can stick your feet into cool off, sit along side while watching and listening to the babbles of the brook, go fishing (its stocked!) and even pan for gold! And don't forget to greet the GNOMES. They love having their pictures taken with our guests. Each cabin has a FULL KITCHEN and BATHROOM and WiFi. There are ONLY 6 CABINS spaced far apart. Every cabin has a yard. All have a front porch, side yards plus a front and/or backyard. You can barbecue on your CHARCOAL GRILL on the porch (a gas grill just isn’t rustic). We have OUR OWN HIKING TRAIL that leads to the MAIN CORRIDOR SNOWMOBILE TRAIL that runs through NH, VT & ME. You’ll pass the well house that delivers ARTESIAN WELL WATER to each cabin. Rustic Log Cabins are in the White Mountains Region of New Hampshire, just 15 minutes away from the WHITE MOUNTAINS NATIONAL FOREST and FRANCONIA NOTCH STATE PARK with it’s many hiking trails and natural wonders. We are located along an official NH Scenic Byway - Rt. 117, aka Sugar Hill Rd. - nearby many attractions and small villages. Within 5-15 minutes or less are the towns of Sugar Hill, Littleton, Franconia and Bethlehem. Within (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes are Lincoln and Woodstock, several ski resorts as well as Franconia Notch State Park, White Mountains National Forest and the scenic Kancamagus Highway. A few minutes more are other ski areas, plus Crawford & Pinkham Notches and New Hampshire’s most famous “resident” Mt. Washington.  5-20 minutes from several small towns and villages. Salmon Hole Brook, trails, other common facilities, parking lot and the Office, which is located within the Main House. The Main House and property that surrounds the Main House is private. 1 CAR PER CABIN IN MAIN PARKING AREA. Other vehicles are to park along the parking areas provided along Sugar Hill Rd. with the exception of "Brookside" which has parking for 2 vehicles. The office is currently closed due to Covid-19 but can be accessed if needed. Please contact a staff member. The Salmon Hole Brook runs through the property and is stocked with Brook Trout. We are close to Cannon Mountain, Echo Lake and the Flume Gorge in Franconia Notch State Park, several other ski areas and small towns. See “Description” above for more information. By car Firewood and charcoal are available for purchase using CASH or (Hidden by Airbnb) . 20 pieces of wood, kindling, paper and matches for $15 per load or you can buy a bundle of 10 pieces for $10 Bundles are available 24x7 and are next to office porch. Charcoal also available inside the wishing well hut next to office porch and is priced as marked.
