This is a private & clean room in quiet family home with shared bathroom in a friendly calm & safe neighborhood. This room has a queen-size bed and is on the basement floor of the home. Linens & towels are provided, as well as basic toiletries. Bathroom next to the room. 24hr access to a small but fully equipped kitchen in the basement, along with a dining area. Clean safe neighborhood. This is a clean and safe place to stay. My parents are warm and accommodating and will treat you like family! A fully equipped kitchen available for all guests is located in the basement. Fridge, toaster, oven, microwave, dishes, cooking pots/pans, utensils and more. Bathroom (possibly shared with 1 other guest). Next to the kitchen is a dining table for guest use. Please note laundry is NOT included. There are several laundry mats near by. Please keep all shared areas tidy and clean as you find them. Turn lights off if you’re leaving and clean up after yourself. Be kind this is a family home shared with our guests! Let’s us know if you need any assistance. This is my parents' home so most likely they will be greeting you. I'm always available via message or phone. Quiet, safe, access to nice walking trail and forest creeks. House is located in a central area of Germantown with several bus stops walking distance, RED line of the Shady Grove Metro station is a short uber or bus drive away. Also, walking distance is several strip malls, with grocery stores, restaurants, and pharmacies. No smoking in or around the home, please. Also, please do not eat in the room, we have provided a dining space that is available to you 24hrs a day.
