There are three additional beautiful guest bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, one with a full size bed and a nursery with a crib and all with stunning mountain views. Located just a short drive from both the fabulous dinning and shopping of Malibu beaches and exclusive Calabasas. Gorgeous hiking trails just out your front door and the world famous Saddlepeak Lodge restaurant is a five minute walk down the road. You will love everything about this very special home! Guests have access to the main house. We have a home office/studio with a private entrance and if we are in town we may stay there or have a pet sitter stay with our kitties. Our guests enjoy complete privacy. We are available by phone or text at all times to assist our guests with any need that they may have but give them them complete privacy during their stay. Located in the Santa Monica Mountains....just beautiful. The local trail system for hiking is glorious and the famed Saddlepeak Lodge restaurant is walking distance. We are just a short car ride, less then 10 minutes, from the beautiful beaches and water activities in Malibu. Paddleboards and Kayaks are available for rent. Please ask us for details. There is no public transportation readily available beyond local cab and uber service. We allow our guests to host parties at our home ONLY with prior permission and with an increased security deposit. Any guests that allows additional people to our home or property, not agreed upon at the time of booking, will automatically forfeit their security deposit. Any guests that bring pets into our home or allow them on our property without prior permission also will forfeit their security deposit We ask for a 5 day minimum stay during peak holiday vacation weeks and during the summer months.
