This beautiful unit is private and super clean. Centrally located in the Burley area. Large, well-appointed kitchen. Luxury beds and beautiful furnishings. It isn’t in a beautiful area of town, but safe, quiet & convenient area across from police department. No dogs or other pets, please. We have allergies that make it miserable for us. Thank you for your understanding. Ample parking. Fubo & Roku television gives you access to network television and most sports stations including ESPN. THE SNAKE RIVER is fully furnished and centrally located in the Burley area. This is a luxurious suite with the perfect combination of comfort, sophistication and style. Full size appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator, luxury bedding, bath amenities, a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. You will simply need to reach out with a special request so I can send back an offer with the dates you need, if they are available. I try to keep my calendar tight so I can keep large blocks of time available. (**Airbnb adds their charges to our base price). There are two parking spaces directly in front of the unit, and up to three more on the side of the unit. You are able to check in with a door code, and we'll be a phone call or text away if you need anything. Otherwise, you have total privacy. This home is well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen. Laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent are provided. Coffee maker, toaster, waffle iron, hand mixer and blender are provided. Central air conditioning and heating will keep you comfortable no matter the season. You'll have the place to yourself with a keypad lock to get in for total privacy and comfort. If you need me, text or call and I will respond quickly, but I plan to give you total privacy if I am not needed. The unit is just 5 minutes from the hospital, Walmart, Ross, and multiple grocery and restaurant options. The neighborhood is safe. The Heyburn Police Department is right across the street, and close by are the city hall and post office. I would not describe the neighborhood as beautiful (it is more industrial/agricultural looking), but THE SNAKE RIVER unit is cozy, beautiful inside, and really conveniently located. I also like that the parking is right in front of the unit, and there is plenty (at least two spaces right in front of the unit will always be open). THE SNAKE RIVER is in town - right next to Burley's main shopping area. Only 3-5 minutes from the mall area and Walmart, lots of restaurants, and the main freeway exit for Burley. It is also conveniently close to the Heyburn Riverside park on the Snake River, which has a beautiful walking path, boat docks, and gazebos, and the Burley golf course. This unit only has a shower - no tub. The shower is over-sized.
