Elvina’s - an apartment you want to stay at!

Elvina's is located on the ground floor of the same building as its sister apartment "Donna's Place" and offers a safe, enjoyable and peaceful ambiance away from vehicular traffic but yet very accessible to major amenities e.g. airport, malls, supermarkets. If you simply want to shut away as an individual, if you are a family or large group looking for affordable accommodation or in-transit or a business person looking for a quiet place to work from, Elvina’s is the place to book! Modern, chic, fully air conditioned - comfortable in all aspects Guests can use the spacious grounds which is great for working out; guests can also pick fruits from any of the fruit trees on the compound - mango, cherry, plums and bananas. Transport is provided at an additional cost The neighbourhood is 10-15 minutes away from Piarco International Aiport. The La Resource South, D'abadie area is a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood with access to a few green spaces "small parks". It is in close proximity to Arima and Trincity; it is also in close proximity to many tourist sites and attractions such as Mount St. Benedict; Asa Wright Nature Center, Clever Woods and so on. The is easily accessible from the Priority Bus Route (a 10 minute walk) and the Churchill Roosevelt Highway (5 minute drive) The apartment is in a natural environment so you can expect the presence of non venomous bugs/insects around the apartment which may sometimes get into the apartment especially if you leave the door open. We will be starting construction of additional units on the property and so you can expect construction material to be scattered on the lawn and the car park to be a bit dirty with mud. This does not affect your apartment and if you are uncomfortable with something please let us know.
