This large suite is part of a cottage that is on a partially wooded lot and has a view of the water. There are stairs 50 steps away that can take you to a quiet portion of Chelton Beach. This stretch of Chelton Beach is best enjoyed at low-tide, where sandbars will appear that provide you with panoramic views and a beautiful space for your lawn chairs, games, etc. The cottage is also located three minutes (by car) from the Chelton Beach Provincial Park, which may provide a more lively environment for beach-goers. Please note that during your stay, there may be other guests enjoying the loft-portion of the cottage, which has a separate entrance but shares parking and recreation space. This is the ground level flat in a two-unit cottage. Guests will have access to their private suite, the front yard, and ample parking. Enjoy sunset views from your private front patio. The other part of the cottage (a loft-style space) is a separate portion of the cottage with its own entrance. It is available separately to rent. We live 15 minutes away and have a cottage in another part of Chelton. We are happy to discuss any questions you might have! The cottage is located in a private cottage development only one row back from water with a trail to the beach. The cottage is on a private wooded lot with plenty of parking and a view of the water from the cottage, front deck, and around the wooded lot. The cottage is a great space to relax or entertain! A car is essential to travel around PEI! Quiet time after 10:00 P.M. Wi-Fi can be slow sometimes.
