Large live / work space "studio" on K Street

Large "studio" with private bath, skylight and L shaped workstation and brand new kitchenette. Kitchenette is fully stocked and has a sink workstation, quartz counters. Fridge/Freezer & electric kettle and French press with coffee and tea in the room also. Downstairs, there is a washer/dryer and another kitchen. Perfect for short term visitors: whether you are here to finish your degree or here for a meeting or to consider to move here, this space is suitable and supersede your expectations. Located upstairs in a 4 bedroom / 2.5 bath house that functions as a working photo studio during the day. Park on K Street north of 5th Street. No permits or limits. House is 10 blocks from UC Davis, four blocks from the nearest grocery store (Food Coop) and around the corner from two restaurants and 7-Eleven. ++ Kitchen and laundry are available as well as the front patio and back yard. I am around most of the time during your stay in my own office space downstairs unless I am traveling which I will communicate ahead of time. I have a friendly, hypoallergenic dog (he is 18 pounds) and sweet. He comes with me to the office about 2-3x per week during the evenings mostly. Walking distance to downtown Davis, Davis Food COOP, coffee shops and restaurants and only 10 blocks from University of California, Davis. University bus system called Unitrans stops across the street. Street parking available without needing special permits. Unitrans and Yolo bus lines run on Fifth Street. Great way to get around is by bike or walking. The UC Davis arboretum close by if you want to take a nice walk. So is UC Davis which is only 10 blocks away - 1 mile or 2.2 km depending on which part of campus. I have fast WIFI and a printer (laser) should you need to make a few copies during your stay.
