This beautifully situated condo has views of the ocean from every room and generous decks to eat or lounge. Located only 300 meters from the perfect surfing waves of the Pacific Ocean. This property is located in the middle of Esterillos Oeste, a quaint fishing village on the Pacific side of the country. The condo sits on a hill near the top of the Cabo Caletas driveway and has 3 levels with two decks that overlook the ocean. The top level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open onto a deck with an incredible 160 degree view of the ocean. The sound of the waves will lull you to sleep at night. The first level is spacious with a nice open kitchen, dining area and living room. You will often see a flock of scarlet macaws flying over the village from the generous deck. They feast on the almond trees throughout the village. There are a couple months of the year that you can see whales breaching - an amazing sight. Only the bedrooms have AC units The beach, restaurants and small market are all just a short walk away. This is a small fishing village so relaxation abounds. You can take a surf lesson from one of the local surf instructors who also rent surf boards and boogie boards. You can walk for miles in either direction and often see white-faced Capuchin monkeys playing in the palm trees along the shore. The guests have access to the entire house Property managers, Esterillos 506 Properties and Rentals live just down the street. They are available by phone when you have questions or need assistance. They are happy to make any reservations for you for surf lessons, board rentals, zipline tours, horseback riding on the beach or to a waterfall, rapelling on a waterfall, river rafting, monkey mangrove tours, full day catamaran tours to Tortuga Island and more. They can also arrange for a masseuse to come to the house for a massage inside or on the patio, or even on the beach. They would be happy to arrange for a local woman to come to the house to prepare a typical meal. Price depends on the menu and number of people. This property sits in a secured area on top of the Cabo Caletas driveway. It boasts 160 degree views of ocean and surf. The ocean waves are prominent in to your ear. You can see a family of scarlet macaws from the deck. The ocean, restaurants and town are a short walk away. This is a small fishing village, not a hopping metropolis so relaxation abounds. The home is spacious with a generous kitchen and big full decks. Be prepared to intermingle with nature and the local Ticos who are sweet and some speak English as well. Our house is located in Esterillos Oeste, here; you can find popular restaurants like Los Almendros, Rancho Coral, El Patio, and a well-stocked Supermarket called Supersol, while everything being walk distance we do recommend renting a car to visit nearby waterfalls and national parks. Hertz car rental offers a 20% discount to our Esterillos is well known for being a quite fishing town and for the mermaid statue on the ocean, at low tide you can walk up to it and jump in the natural tide pools.
