Beautiful House (Near Quito)

Near to Quito 15 min in car and 25 min Bus. The hostess lives on weekends. The house is beautiful, spacious and bright. It has a fireplace, hammocks, a front and back yard, fruit trees, puppies, usually a person will always do the cleaning and tidy up. Housekeeping, backyard, hamacas, parking, fireplace, movies, books, DVDs, TV, grill, park. Tania is the person who lives and owns the house, she will be available on some weekdays and weekends. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, the neighbors are always aware of the home, there are a lot of familiarity in the neighborhood, there is a bakery called "El Buen Pan" which is excellent, is the park set available 24 hours, is the metropolitan park "La Armenia" to 15 min walk, and 5 min by car, there is a mini market in the neighborhood called "Berrezueta" where you can make purchases, beauty salon, gym and auto mechanics.
