Rustic and charming cottage home, nestled in the pure natural beauty of the mountains of Alto Varas. Your host will lovingly prepare coffee and simple local breakfast in the mornings. The climate is lovely, with fresh nights and warm days. Walking distance to waterfalls, hiking, streams, farms and a small shop (for very basic amenities). Ample parking. Rooms available in a shared rustic cottage 15-20 min out of Turrialba center. Great for hiking, nature lovers (must be ok with animals) in a farm setting. kitchen, bathroom, living area, front porch and outdoor space. Mama Cecelia is at home most time and available to help with what you need locally like a taxi or babysitter recommendation. Very calm and quiet neighborhood with little traffic. Great for a walk, there are bars, restaurants and all kinds of services within 15 minutes. Having a car will be very helpful but there are taxi drivers living in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is very hilly, mountainous so experienced bikers only! There are chickens & roosters, pigs and a guard dog on the property.
