Spectacular Luxury House in San Jose

This two bedroom house is an ideal getaway if you want to get pampered and spoiled with the best of the best. Centrally located to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, downtown San Jose, yet located in a quiet, safe, and posh neighborhood. This house has the highest class finishes in the country; from the floor to the ceiling. The house has an amazing garden all around with a private gate. You can park inside the garden. Inside the house you will find porcelain tiles in the social areas, hardwood floors in the rooms, high ceilings, and lots of windows with balconies all around. The kitchen is fully equipped with the best brands in appliances, dishwasher, quartz countertops, pantry, and a breakfast area with lovely views. The main bedroom comes with a comfortable king size bed, LED TV, resting area, walk-in closet, balcony, and the best bathroom you can imagine (hot tub and a rain shower). The second room can be used as a TV room or second bedroom. It has one individual bed, a bunk bed (3 people fit in the bunk bed), and a LED TV. The living room has a very large couch. Six people can comfortably sleep in this house. There is a large garden with a private gate. I work in the office that shares the garden, so if there is anything you need I can help rather quickly. Co-host will also be available. Rohrmoser is a great neighborhood, centrally located and near downtown San Jose. Right now it is the neighborhood with the highest demand in real estate. It is very quiet and safe, yet you can walk to the supermarket, banks, restaurants, and bars. You can also access the main highways from here. There are many bus stops nearby, it is also easy to find a taxi. I recommend using UBER in Costa Rica. There are also many places which are walking distance from the house. You will share the backyard with the hostess' office. There is complete privacy, since both properties are individual, but the garden is shared. The house used to be a model apartment, but is now conditioned to be residential. The hostess will sometimes bring her 2 dogs to the garden, the dogs are medium sized and friendly. They will not enter the house. The cleaning lady will come clean the hostess' office once a week, she will use the cleaning items from the laundry room and use the washer. She usually takes 2 hours to clean and then leaves. The laundry area is outside the house, in the garden, so she will not enter the house. The house has many windows and they do not have screens. It’s not common to find mosquitoes in the house, but I can’t guarantee that the house is 100% bug free. In any case, I offer bug spray. Please remember that Costa Rica has a tropical weather and mosquitoes are a part of being in this country. We will not issue a refund due to the presence of a bug. The hot tub jets and the kitchen hood do not work. You may still use the hot tub, but without the jets. The kitchen stove also works, just without the fan. It is common for houses to have gates and barbed wire, please do not feel intimidated by this. Our house has CCTV cameras, a guard in the street, and a gate. Rohrmoser is considered one of the safest neighborhoods in San José. Sometimes, due to external issues that are out of our control, there may be a power cut, water shortage, or the internet/ cable TV can lose signal for a certain amount of time. It is not common, but it can happen. If this does happen during your stay we will not issue a refund. Addresses in Costa Rica are complicated. We will give you the name to type in Waze and Maps, which should let you arrive without a problem. It is very important that you read the check in instructions before your arrival. It is out of our control if the taxi driver does not want to use Waze or Maps.
