Beach House - New Kitchen and Bathroom (Nov. 2018). Now with WIFI! Rustic, very basic, comfortable THREE bedroom (Nov. 2018), one bathroom cottage with a large deck, sitting on Cattlewash Beach on the East Coast of Barbados. Can accommodate six people (3 double beds). Extra sleeping for 3 in Living area. Near International Surfing Competition Site of "Soup Bowl" - 5 minutes drive. Secluded, private, restful - located on a very long beach. 40 minute drive to Bridgetown and the South Coast. Sits on the beach Bus Route. Surfing Competitions. Fishing. Hiking. I am happy to interact with my guests as much as they would like. I love recommending interesting and exciting things for them to do in Barbados. The Beach House is not in a 'neighbourhood". It is on a quiet, peaceful beach with little traffic. Walking along the beach you will see many locally owned beach houses. Traditionally, the East Coast has been used by Barbadian families as their "getaway" from the hustle and bustle of life. Very relaxing and uncommercialized. Recommend having a car.
