Right ON the beach in Reñaca, our place has stunning views over the beach, ocean and Valparaiso bay! It is uniquely located right next to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a gym, shops as well as lots of family friendly activities both on and off the beach. We are situated on the 4th floor and our large private ocean-facing terrace is incredible! Come and enjoy! Rental includes sheets and towels, access to pool, garage parking and washer/dryer in the unit and NEW HIGH SPEED INTERNET (fiber optic) We provide all you need for a perfect stay, including linens, bathroom towels, good beds, and essentials. There are beach toys available for you to use. The unit is also Business Ready and you can use the washer/dryer in the unit. Beach towels are not provided. Feel free to use all spaces of the apartment, including a secure parking space in the garage (only small closet is locked and off limits). If we are not there, the concierge will welcome you and help you access the parking space. Interactions ideally through phone, messages and email Reñaca is the hot-spot beach of Viña Del Mar and Chile! It is truly an amazing place offering infinite fun on the beach and breathtaking views. You will find restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a gym and many shops around the corner (literally) in downtown Reñaca. The super market is so close you can leave the car in the garage and carry your groceries all the way home. Downtown Viña Del Mar, with its restaurants and famous casino, are minutes to the south and the spectacular sand dunes of Concon are a few minutes to the north. If you are interested in art and the unique history of Valparaiso, you just follow the coast a bit further south. You park in a designated spot in our secure garage. Leave the car there and hop on one of the "Micros" that stop right outside the building and go up and down the beach all day long. Or, if you prefer, rent a bike on the beach and go explore. The International Airport of Santiago is about a one hour drive away and there are plenty of bus transportation options available between Santiago and Viña Del Mar.
