This corner unit is perfect for relaxing....grab the binoculars and check if you can see some whales. You will feel like you are in a house and not a condo because you can see no other unit at all. Walk along the path and reach Natura Cabañas where you can find daily Yoga sessions, Spa and Restaurant facilities located right on the beach. Relax on site enjoying the calmness of the community, listen to the wind and the wild parrots or walk along the coast to the famous surf beach Playa Encuentro. There you can surf, horseback ride, or just take long walks. Two small mini markets can be found at the entrance of Perla Marina. Monthly rentals get charged electricity in top. parking, laundry area, pool, beach Perla Marina is located conviniently right in the middle of the towns Sosua & Cabarete. The house is nestled in this quiet and well known neighborhood, where the local foreigners live, and tourists are hardly seen on our empty beach. If you want to mingle you can get to Sosua (snorkeling, several beaches, local crafts, biggest supermarket) or Cabarete which is really just one road along the beach (water sports, best beachfront bars and restaurants) , in aprox. 10 minutes. If you have a rental car you will be more mobil, but it can be done without one, walking a few minutes and using public transportation on the main road. We will help you out of course, its quiet simple. Having lived here since 20 years I can help you as my guest with any info you might need. Rentals for 30 or more days pay their electricity and internet on top in cash. Cleaning lady once a week is mandatory for long term rentals. (RD$800/cleaning)
