Also next to the BR 232 and BR 101 highways. Great for families, students, teachers and small groups of attendees at events and travelers. The apartment is part of an ample condominium with internal surveillance system. It is in the 5-th floor and with a good ventilation. The leavingroom and bedrooms have a 40 cm ventilator each. The Kitchen includes a complete set of pans (frying pan, pressure cooker, etc.) and other kitchen utensils, including piped gas. * *The Drinking water is not included in the rent value. Although, we have a 20 liters water recipient at disposal for making it easier to buy water by the own guest.
