Long River Retreat in the heart of Anne’s Land

This newly remodelled cottage is located in the beautiful river front community of Long River. Situated among the trees about 300 feet from the river, the cottage is 15 minutes from Cavendish, 10 minutes from Kensington, 25 minutes to Summerside and 40 minutes to Charlottetown. This quiet setting allows easy access to all that PEI has to offer including delicious local seafood, 5 great golf courses, local deep sea fishing and some of the worlds best beaches. The main floor of the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. The open space living and dining area, complete with a propane fireplace and heat pump, is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom includes a double vanity and walk-in shower. Upstairs you will find 3 beautiful bedrooms with 2 bedrooms accessing an upper balcony. Guests have access to the entire space and yard. The river is only 300 feet away and has public access. Your hosts live about 10 minutes away and are available for questions anytime by text or calling. This is a very quiet neighbourhood and it is only a 10 minutes drive to Kensington which has grocery stores and a pharmacy. It is a 15 minute drive to Cavendish and the beautiful north shore beaches. Summerside is about 25 minutes away and It is about 40 minutes to Charlottetown. Golf courses such as Green Gables, Eagles Glen, Anderson’s Creek and Glasgow Hills are all within 15 minutes away. Red Sands and Forest Hills are 9 hole courses and are in the same proximity. Guests must have their own vehicle as there is no public transportation. We do not allow parties or under age guests without parents/guardians present.
