Spectacular ocean view of Playa Hermosa

Beautiful, newly renovated condo nestled high on a hill in Playa Hermosa overlooking the Pacific coast. Spacious 2B/2.5B with fully stocked kitchen & dining area (panoramic view) overlooking the ocean. Building has only 6 units with a boutique vibe. Enjoy tranquil mornings and quiet evenings. Make our condo your home away from home in Hermosa. The property is in an updated building on a hill overlooking the gorgeous beaches of Playa Hermosa. Our condo is cleaned and disinfected prior to each guest check -in (see our reviews pre COVID). Unfortunately we can no longer allow pets. We ceased to host guests immediately in late March 2020 in an abundance of caution, and will be welcoming guests beginning in October 2020. We only host 2-4 guests at a time and per our reviews, Pre covid, our last 6 guests commented that our condo was "spotless." Our attention to detail and cleanliness will only continue so all guests feel as safe as they would in their own homes. The building is newly constructed, quiet, and there is free parking as well right in front of building. You will not have the inconvenience of a large busy building or loud guests which can ruin evenings or the ability to relax and enjoy your vacation. The space has an open floor plan, with plenty of room to sit back and enjoy. There are two balconies (one main and one small one in master bedroom), with great views of the sunset and the surrounding areas and beaches. There are only 6 units in our building (with only 1 other unit offering short term rentals), thus you will enjoy the peace and quiet that Hermosa has to offer without being disturbed by numerous guests coming in and out of a lobby or countless rooms. The pool will not be crowded (it has been renovated) and you will most likely have the entire pool to yourself. As of 2018 the pool has been re-tiled and overlooks the ocean. We also have pool furniture as well and there is also a shower in the pool area. In March 2019, we upgraded our WIFI to better serve our guests. We stayed in our condo this past December 2019 and the connections worked MUCH faster since the upgrade. We are glad we made the investment. Our entire building was recently was serviced by Cable Tica in January 2020. Several units in the building were having connectivity issues for about a week. After the building was serviced, the WIFI has been working well in all units at the Bella Vista. TIP: Toward the back of our condo (which backs up to a hill) the connection is slower only in the master bedroom, but in the rest of the condo and outside with the upgrade all works very well. That being said, we encourage guests to disconnect when on vacation and enjoy our beautiful view and beautiful area. Furthermore, we upgraded our cable TV as well (plenty of English channels). There is new, quality bedding throughout & is replaced yearly, along with towels and beach towels that are brand new. Our professional cleaning staff ensures that every guest arrives to a spotless condo. There is also a dishwasher and new washing machine and dryer for guests staying the week. Our kitchen is fully stocked. All you need is to buy the food and you will have everything you need to prepare every meal at home and take advantage of the spectacular view. Playa Hermosa is a beautiful upcoming area and our condo is the perfect location and base for your vacation. All spaces will be accessible including the infinity pool overlooking Playa Hermosa. Please note that we are on the 4th floor of the building. There is an elevator but you will have to climb a flight of stairs from the parking lot to access the elevator. We are excited to offer contactless check in and check out to all guests. We have installed a smart lock and each guest will have a unique code. We do have our own personnel on call should guests need any assistance. The neighborhood and building are very quiet. Guests are 20 - 25 minutes from the Liberia airport. Guests are 3 minutes (down the hill) to Playa Hermosa. You will be 10-15 minutes from Playa de Coco, Ocotal, Playa Panama, Playa Manzanillo. Drive south about 30 minutes and you will be at Playa Portero, Playa Flamingo, Playa Brasilito, and Playa Conchal. Tamarindo is about an hour away (very touristy). Each town and its beaches have different colored sands. Hermosa (tan), Coco (black volcanic), Ocotal (salt and pepper). Each beach offers a unique experience: the local vibe in Ocotal, tranquil & upscale Hermosa, or funky Playa de Coco. For our gusts looking for luxury, spend the day at the Four Seasons hotel which just opened in our area. The Four Seasons is 30 minutes away! We highly recommend renting a vehicle in order to see the region properly (please contact our managers for more information on our pro rated rates)Playa de Coco has a downtown area as does Playa Hermosa. The supermarket (supermercado) is a 5 minute drive which offers everything you will need to make the most of the fully functional kitchen. Guests (that are physically fit) can walk down to the beaches, but a car is recommended if you have a family. Please do not walk down the hill as there is no walk way for pedestrians. Drive down the hill 3 to 5 minutes to the beaches and enjoy. We are just a short drive from any activity you seek (white water rafting, tour of El Rincon de la Vieja, hiking, zip line, ATV, fishing, snorkeling, paddle boarding etc) The property is situated on a steep hill and a car or some form a transportation is highly recommended. Hermosa is a perfect base for your vacation, but rent a car to ensure you properly see all of the region. Playa Hermosa is a small beach town. Our condo is on the hill as you enter Hermosa. To reach the beach, simply drive down the hill into town and the beach and restaurants are to the left. Our condo is only about 3 to 5 minutes in car to the beach. We discourage walking as the hill has no pedestrian walkway, no guardrail, and is very steep. From our condo, you can take day trips to EL Rincon de la Vieja, horseback riding, white water rafting, zip lining, surfing, ATV etc. All within a short driving distance. Escape for adventure and return to our magnificent views.
