Our Guest Suite is newly renovated, ground level with lots of natural light! The kitchen is stocked for all your basic needs & the BBQ on the patio is yours to enjoy. We live in a nice, quiet neighbourhood in the South End of Sydney minutes to downtown, movie theatres, casino, restaurants, Farmers Market, Drive-in Theatre and shopping. Our Home is within walking distance to nature trails & coffee shops with a ballpark, walking track & playground across the street. Our guest suite is ground level and located at the back half our home which is completely separate from our own personal entrance. A separate entrance, just outside your door takes you to the laundry area. This is a shared space with the main part of the house however, it is completely sectioned off from our own living space for privacy. Because we live on site, we are just a call or txt away if you have any questions or concerns. If for some reason we will be unavailable, our family that lives just up the street will be able to assist you with anything you may need. - Quite, centrally located neighbourhood. - 5 minutes to Downtown Sydney & Cape Breton Regional Hospital. - 10 minutes to Cape Breton University. - Walking distance to coffee shops, ball field, hiking trails & playground. Parking is free & there is a bus stop just up the street. All local hotspots are a 5 minute cab ride away! We are conveniently located 5 minutes from both Down Town Sydney & the highway which makes day trips to explore our Island and do some hiking easy! The Cape Breton Regional Hospital is less than a 5 minute drive and Cape Breton University can be reached in about 10 minutes. We follow all Covid-19 cleaning protocols set in place by Air BnB for your comfort and safety.
