Lg studio in a private condo next to Unicamp

My space is close to public transport, parks, art and culture and the city center. You will love my space because of the coziness, the large yard full of flowers, the views, the high ceilings, the location (within a condominium right in Barão Geraldo entrance and next to Unicamp and the bus terminal of Barão Geraldo) and people. My space is good for couples, students, teachers, medical residents, business travelers. Long stays free cleaning is offered every fortnight. My space has a wonderdul garden, with flowers, trees, birds, water fontain, terraces all around Minimum stay is two days although the studio and the jacuzzi are private, that is, only for the guests, there IS NO privacy. I have guests upstairs. There are windows with curtains in the sleeping space ONLY. There are no curtains in the jacuzzi. The space is not designed for meeting couples. there is a garage available but all guests prefer to leave their car on the street as it is a closed condominium. Me or my assistants will be available my condominium is very secure, calm with squares and nice walk areas, beautiful trees and flowers all way My space is five minutes walk from the big bus station and 20 min walk from UNICAMP minimun stay 3 days
